Biomass/Syngas/Wood CHP 

By using materials such as wood chips, wood powders, rice hull, straws and nut shell, to produce a combustive biomass through a gasifier to drive the engine, it can have an economic benefit and eliminate the pollution at the same time.

On the basis of biomass’ combustion characterstics like low calorific value and high tar oil, our 300 series engines for biomass has a low speed, big bore and long stroke, naturally aspirated engine.   The biomass engines is compact in size, easy to maintain, operate, and reliable.

 

Biomass CHP Cogeneration have output power ranging from 375kva up to 1250kva. The applicable fuel can be biomass, syngas, wood gas ,woodchip gas, and Straw Gas, etc. 

 

The biomass must have proper filtering, gas-liquid separator and regulated pressure and ensure there is no liquid contained in the gas.

  • Gas temperature ≤40℃

  • Gas pressure 2.5~10kpa.

  • Pressure change rate ≤1kPa/min.

  • Tar content ≤50mg/Nm3. 

  • H2S content ≤50mg/Nm3.

  • Impurities particle size ≤5μm.

  • Impurity content ≤30mg/Nm3.

  • Moisture content ≤40 mg/Nm3.

  • Heat value ≥4MJ/Nm3.
